Why Most Projects Fail (And What Actually Matters)

Many projects don’t fail because of bad technology—they fail because of poor understanding.
I’ve seen systems struggle not due to code quality, but because requirements were unclear, feedback wasn’t incorporated, or communication between stakeholders broke down. The gap between what is built and what is needed is often the biggest issue.
Working closely with clients taught me that asking the right questions is more important than jumping straight into development. Understanding workflows, edge cases, and real usage scenarios makes a huge difference.
Technology is important, but clarity is critical. A simple solution that fits the problem will always outperform a complex system that doesn’t.
